Yes. Use Rotate to turn a page 90 degrees at a time, or Remove to drop a page from the saved PDF. Keep at least one page.
Does reordering reduce PDF quality?
No. Pages are copied as vector PDF content, not converted to images, so text stays sharp and selectable.
Can I reorder a password-protected PDF?
Unlock the PDF first. The tool shows an error if a locked file is detected.
