Limits and what it does not do

  • This tool edits one PDF. To join several files, reorder each if needed, then use Merge PDF.
  • Pages are copied as PDF content, not rasterized, so this is not a compressor.
  • Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.
  • Closing the tab before you download discards the in-progress order.

How to reorder PDF pages online

  1. Open a PDF

    Drop the PDF whose pages you want to rearrange. Thumbnails are rendered in your browser; the file is never uploaded.

  2. Move pages into order

    Use Earlier or Later to move a page. You can also hold a thumbnail and drag it. Rotate a page 90 degrees or remove pages you do not need.

  3. Save the reordered PDF

    Click Save reordered PDF. Pages are copied in the new sequence without rasterizing the original content.

  4. Download the PDF

    Your rearranged PDF downloads immediately. Compress it next if you need a smaller file to email.

Rearrange PDF pages without uploading

Reorder PDF pages when a scan is out of sequence or a packet needs a new running order. ManageMyPDF shows page thumbnails you can drag into place on your device, without sending the file to a third-party server.

Rotate pages that were scanned sideways, remove blank sheets, then download the organized PDF.

Organize PDF pages, then merge or compress

Use this tool to change page order inside one PDF. To combine several files, use Merge PDF after each document is in the right order. If the result is large, compress it before you email it.

Because pages are copied rather than re-rendered as JPEGs, the reordered PDF keeps the original text and drawings.

Rotate scans, drop blank pages, then save

Phone scans often arrive with a page upside down or a blank sheet in the middle. Drop the PDF here, rotate a thumbnail 90 degrees at a time, and remove pages you do not need. Keep at least one page. The saved file copies the original page content in the new order, so text stays sharp and selectable instead of becoming a photograph of the page.

How do I reorder PDF pages by drag and drop?

Open the Reorder PDF Pages tool and drop a PDF. Use Earlier and Later, or drag thumbnails, until the sequence is right. Rotate or remove pages if you need to, then click Save reordered PDF. No Adobe Acrobat is required.

Is the PDF uploaded when I rearrange pages?

No. Reordering runs locally. Page thumbnails and the saved PDF are created in your browser, so the document never leaves your device.

Can I rotate or delete PDF pages as well as reorder them?

Yes. Use Rotate to turn a page 90 degrees at a time, or Remove to drop a page from the saved PDF. Keep at least one page.

Does reordering reduce PDF quality?

No. Pages are copied as vector PDF content, not converted to images, so text stays sharp and selectable.

Can I reorder a password-protected PDF?

Unlock the PDF first. The tool shows an error if a locked file is detected.
